It is important to label your sample clearly and ensure that the label is intact with the sample for easy identification. Use pencil to label if the sample is preserved in ethanol.

Ethanol-preserved sample: Please store sample with ethanol in anti-leaking bottle.
Frozen sample: Please pack sample in foam box and cover with ice/ice cooling pack/dry ice. Seal tight.
Live sample: Please pack sample in a double/triple layer thick plastic bag and fill with oxygen. Place the bag in foam box and seal tight.
Dry sample: Please send sample in original packaging or pack sample in resealable bag.

Via walk-in or courier. If you are using courier service, do inform and provide us the consignment number for tracking purpose. Our laboratory operating hours is from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday (Except Public Holiday). Sample received after 1.00 pm will be processed on the next working day.

Aquatic Disease and other testing: Within 3-5 working days after receipt of sample
Dioxin Analysis: Within 3 – 4 weeks after receipt of sample

Certificate of Analysis will be issued to customer once result is generated.

Not all tests listed are under ISO 17025:2005 scope. Currently, only tests for aquatic disease (WSSV, IHHNV, TSV, YHV, IMNV, MBV, HPV, KHV, SVCV, AHPND, EHP and Porcine) are MS ISO/IEC 17025:2005 certified. We will be expanding our scope of accreditation for more tests in the near future.
